Management
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
THE DAISY PACKAGE

Wedding Management – Also known as “month-of” coordination, focuses on managing the final details and logistics leading up to the wedding day. As your coordinator, I step in closer to the event to ensure that all plans are executed seamlessly, manage vendor communication, oversee the timeline, and addressing any last-minute issues that may arise. We are proud to play a vital role in relieving couples and their families from the stress and complexities of wedding preparation, allowing them to enjoy their special day to the fullest. Add in our specialized eye for design and set up, and you will be sure to have beautiful event that allows you to fully enjoy and cherish your special day while ensuring that everything unfolds seamlessly!
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
THE LAVENDER PACKAGE

Our Partial Planning package is for best fit for couples who might have certain aspects of their wedding already planned or prefer to handle specific tasks themselves. We require you to have already selected and booked your venue. We are here to assist with vendor recommendations and their contracts, coordinating logistics and budgets, provide advice on vision and aesthetics, and keeping your day smooth and organized. This option is often more budget-friendly than full-service planning, giving couples the opportunity to customize their level of involvement based on their needs and preferences!
WEDDING DESIGN + PLANNING
THE POPPY PACKAGE

Our Wedding Planning and Design is perfect for couples who JUST got engaged and want help every step of the way. We are involved in the process of organizing and overseeing all the details and elements of your wedding ceremony and reception. We work closely with each couple to understand their preferences, budget, and vision. We help with selecting vendors, managing contracts, designing the overall theme and aesthetic, coordinating logistics, and being present on the wedding day to oversee every detail. Overall, couples will highly benefit from full wedding planning as we use a combination of creativity, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication to bring together all the elements that contribute to a beautiful and memorable wedding day!
FLORAL DESIGN
ADD-ON WEDDING FLOWERS

KJ Coordination is now proud to offer floral design to clients at the wholesale cost of flowers, without any markup. This means we’re able to pass on the wholesale price of flowers to the couple, without adding any additional fees for design or arrangement! Currently receiving education for floral design, Kayla can offer couples an affordable, transparent, and convenient option for achieving stunning floral decor for their wedding. It’s a cost-effective solution that allows couples to enjoy professional design services without exceeding their budget!
Ceremony + Rehearsal Coordination
THE BUD PACKAGE

Ceremony coordination refers to the process of planning, organizing, and overseeing various aspects of a formal or special event, particularly the ceremonial aspects. The goal of ceremony coordination is to create a seamless and memorable experience for both our couples and their guests. This involves combining meticulous planning, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the cultural, religious, or traditional elements that may be part of the event. We want to ensure the most important part of your day is flawlessly executed on a budget!
**JUNE + JULY 2024 ONLY**
How many events do you typically do in a weekend? How far in advance do you book?
KJ Coordination only books one event per weekend. We find focusing attention on one couple every week allows us to be the most attentive to your details and take on more to ensure your day remains stress-free.
KJ Coordination will book up to 2 years in advance for those looking to hire us for Full Planning and Design. We find most couples book us between 6-12 months in advance to take full advantage of our packages.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY? CAN WE PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
To officially book us for your wedding day, we require a 40% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract. Halfway through your booking date and wedding date, we ask for another 30% payment with a final payment of 30% due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Invoicing and contracts are done via HoneyBook which allows our couples to pay securely with a credit card and a bank transfer.
IS KJ COORDINATION LICENSED, INSURED, AND CERTIFIED?
KJ Coordination carried a business license in the state of Washington as a sole proprietorship. You can view our most recent license by following this link and searching “KJ Coordination.” We carry liability insurance through Next Insurance. We have a policy to be insured for 1 million and can provide proof upon request.
KJ Coordination believes education is an important part of the job. Kayla is a certified wedding planner, earning her CPD Certified Planning Certificate from Newskills Academy as well as completing The Union Program Mentorship from Wolfer & Co.
